Once you have mastered your relationship with time and what you do in that time the next step is to tune in to the way you feel. Reflection is a crucial part of perfecting the process. The way we feel about the journey is a great indicator of the way we will feel about reaching the destination. Because it's all about the momentum. Emotion is Energy in motion and just like how energy cannot be created or destroyed emotion cannot be created nor destroyed it can only flow from one form to another and that flow is determined by the aqueduct by the bridge. Any bridge needs two pillars, to function effectively and efficiently. The first pillar is the raw materials we consume not just through our mouths but through all of our senses. The second pillar is what we wish to contribute what we wish to give back. What we wish to share. Sharing is caring. And that which flows between the two pillars is the celebrating of everything precYOUs starting with YOU which is the constant amongst everything and yet ever changing.
