Energy in Motion
When we love someone there is never enough time or space to make memories which is why the depth of the memories matter. The full range of emotions matter because emotion is energy in motion. Only when we are alive and breathing, can we feel. Once dead, we stop breathing and the energy stops being in motion. So feel while we still can; there is no reason to be so serious and not have emotions because only the dead have no emotion and by repressing or ignoring our emotions, we start blocking parts of our lives that do not nourish our hearts and this makes us fragmented beings. Acceptance of all emotions is the most crucial thing we can do as humans. This will be a game changer in the realm of diseases. Disease is nothing else, it is just the result of the inability to digest and assimilate emotions. Mother Earth goes through the seasons spring, summer, fall, and winter; if she is so strong that she can experience the entire set of emotions, why is it that we humans are so afraid of the full range of emotions? Remember the piano needs both the black and white keys to make music.
After attending this workshop, you will learn how to tune in to the way you feel. You will learn what makes you feel the best and what makes you feel little less than what you are used to feeling. You will learn to establish an instantaneous feedback loop about the way you feel in each space so you would become aware of what nourishes and feeds you. You will be daring enough to feel the entire range of emotions rather than repressing, suppressing or projecting those lower quality emotions onto others because in essence, we feel the way we do because of our level of involvement and our inability to be detached while being attached. You will also learn that others tend to project their less than accepted emotions onto you because they cannot handle the lower frequency emotions themselves. When this happens, you will learn to hold the space for the others. You will learn to journal your own emotions and find the patterns within those emotions.
Once you find the patterns, you can see where the seed for that emotion was planted and the triggers by which it kept getting disturbed because, instead of being silent and sitting with the emotion, you decided to escape from the emotion by placing your attentions everywhere else talking to everyone else but to the one person that could make a difference….YOU. Only you should have the key to every emotion because otherwise this crazy world will not find peace until they steal ours; little do they know that peace is created by losing the need to be accepted, by losing the need to be approved, by losing the need to be appreciated. The only acceptance, approval and appreciation you need is that which you get from yourself.
